How it works
Five steps from brief to payout. Money moves once, when you accept a creator, and stays held until the work is signed off.
1. Post a campaign
Set your goals, platforms, deliverables and budget. Posting costs nothing.
2. Creators apply
They apply with a profile, a rate card and a proposal. You compare and shortlist.
3. Hire and fund escrow
Accepting a creator moves the money into escrow. Nobody can touch it, including us.
4. Creator delivers
Content is submitted in the campaign thread. Ask for revisions until it's right.
5. Approve, funds release
Your approval pays the creator. Not happy? Raise a dispute and reclaim the money.

When you hire
The campaign budget and the platform fee both leave your wallet and are held. The creator can see it is funded; neither of you can withdraw it.
While the work runs
Submissions and revisions happen against held funds. You are never asked to top up mid-campaign, and the creator is never asked to trust you.
When it ends
Approval pays the creator and we earn our fee then, not before. A refunded or disputed campaign returns the budget and the fee to you.
What it costs
No subscription, no listing fee, no charge for an account. We take a cut only when a campaign completes.

Added on top of the creator's budget when you hire. On a GH₵1,000 campaign you fund GH₵1,150. Both amounts come back if the campaign is refunded.
Creators
10%
A service fee taken out of your payout on release. On a GH₵1,000 campaign you receive GH₵900. Nothing is charged to apply.
